An ending season
Dear Readers,
I have not disappeared, even though it has been over a month since I last posted. A new season in my life has begun, I am preparing for a door that will be opening in the future… marriage to Levi. A season of my life is also ending, a door is shutting. Blogging was a blessing to me in it's season. Blogging is how I met Levi, Lacy and other friends of mine. Through blogging and reading other's blogs I received encouragement. But I have come to the conclusion that it is time for my season of blogging to come to an end. I have decided that I will not be blogging anymore and will be "shutting down my blog", so to speak.
For those of you who commented on my last blog post announcing my courtship to Levi, thank you for all your congratulations and prayers. I appreciate it very much.
Thank you to everyone who read my blog, and to those in the "blogosphere" who have been an encouragement, blessing, and friend to me. For now, I am not completely leaving the interent, so for those of you would like to keep in contact with me, you can find me on facebook here or you can email me at megan@obeyingthetruth.com.
May the Lord bless you as you walk on His narrow way.
Revelation 22:14 ~ "Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may
have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city."

Hello, I'm Megan. I'm a 20 year old Christian young lady who is pursuing Biblical womanhood: being obedient to God in all things, being modestly dressed accompanied with good works, to follow the Lord's headship order and to have my head covered which is a symbol of the headship order, to learn to be a keeper at home (homemaker), to have a meek and quiet spirit, to be discreet, chaste, good, virtuous, with shamefacedness and sobriety, etc.

I admire you for seeing what is the most important thing and that is serving God and being a dutiful future wife. Too many couples lead separate lives even when they are in the same house! I know the two of you will not be that way. That is the reason Jack and I have set times to be on the computer, That way we are spending more time together and doing the things that need to be done. May God bless you both. I will see you on facebook and e mail you as well. Love and huggles!

It was a blessing to find your blog and to also read what the Lord was doing in your life. You and Levi are in my prayers.
God bless.

I will miss reading your blog posts, Megan! I will be sure keep in touch via facebook though. If you need any help with the wedding/marriage preparation, let me know, I very recently was in the same situation.

I'm happy for you! May God bless you and Levi. Will you be shutting down your blog? Or will you leave it up as witness for future bloggers?
